Typically, orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding bank holidays) are prepared for dispatch within 24 hours. Certain products may necessitate additional production time before being dispatched, and this information is indicated on each respective product page. Orders received over the weekend will be processed on the subsequent business day.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please reach out to us to inquire about the possibility of making changes. Once your order has been produced, regrettably, we are unable to accommodate any modifications.

While checking out and providing your billing address, you'll find an option to enter an alternative delivery address. These addresses are also saved in your account for future use if you have created one.

If it's more convenient, orders can also be shipped to your workplace.

The standard delivery option typically takes 2-3 delivery days (Monday-Friday) to arrive after dispatch. However, in certain instances, it may take longer as this service is not guaranteed. If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend opting for our Express or Guaranteed delivery options.

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us, and we will make every effort to assist you. Keep in mind that certain items may be too large to fit through a standard letterbox, and if this is the case, a calling card should be left.
